Trails - Emily Proctor Trail and LT.
Conditions - Trails were wet from showers the previous night as well as the oppresive humidity. I found the rocks to be very slick so I made a point of being extra careful where I stepped. Emily Proctor Trail is in a Wilderness Area so it is purposely not marked/maintained as much as other trails, but it was still very easy to follow.
Equipment - Poles to help with the slick rocks if its wet. (I forgot mine!), plenty of water, bug spray, and a towel to wipe the sweat off.
Comment - Nice mellow hike through this beautiful forest. Lunch break at the shelter was perfect. Summits were easy to find but were socked in so no views.
