Woods Canada the company

I've been going to a place call Herb Phillipsons in New Hartford, NY for some of my camp gear, (manufactured by Woods), for a very inexpensive price. I recently went looking for Woods online, but am not sure it is the same Woods Manufacturer.. it seems they are no longer in business. I no longer live in New Hartford to check to see if the still sell the Woods gear.... does anyone know of the Woods company, I'd very much like to buy some things online from them if it were possible.
