Although I have never had a need for it, I am 99% sure I saw bodyglide at the DisGusta EMS today, in the little yellow bins, center of main aisle, right in front of the registers.....with your back to the registers, it's up, to the left, top or next to top row........roughly... :D

Also, my local EMS (Augusta) is doing an additional 30% off all clearance items (actually anything red-tagged) right now. I got a primaloft 1/2 zip, normally $100 ...for $13. They also have all kinds of midweight base layer stuff red -tagged and then the additional 30% off.

I like Acadia, like I said, but I've never run on the carriage roads, alway run foot trails. I LOVE running foot trails. There is nothing like it. I have seriously considered adventure and/or mountain racing.

When I was living in Orono and attending UMO last year I used to trail run in Acadia a couple times a week. I loved it. I particularly enjoyed the Cadillac Mountain South Ridge Trail. Can't wait to get out in the warm sun again (I am a warm weather runner...I seem to have cold asthma).
