I've heard about the vandalism at this trailhead and unfortunately saw it first hand yesterday. There was a car with the driver's window smashed, as well as glass on the ground in another part of the lot. Just a reminder to not leave anything of value in the car at any trailhead.

Lafayette is my top peak... 27 times so far (but whose counting?) Whether I hike it with friends or solo, in good weather or bad, at a fast pace or slow...I can't say I've ever had a bad hike to this peak. :)

Does anyone have any information on the current status of the trails to Camel's Hump and Mansfield? I was hoping to head that way this weekend but heard that the trails might be closed due to mud season. Any information would be appreciated, thanks!
