If you're using Photoshop, change from RGB to LAB mode, then select the Lightness channel and sharpen that. This gives the best results. You can then convert back to RGB. Kevin

Torn meniscus and ACL replacement here. Plus partially torn and re-torn patella tendon on my other knee... Still have some pain at times, live on Aleve too.
