    Pepper spray?

    What are your thoughts for bear spray in the Northeast? I've never thought it was necessary and do not hike w it. If you take the normal precautions, bears are not a problem, humans pose more dangers. Thanks > Doug

    A-Z Tr to Zealand Hut & back

    Kinsmans

    First time up the Kinsmans-stayed at the shelter-very beautiful-should have a drilled well, drinking Kinsman Pond where people swim, not cool. Basin Cascade rough & wet. Canon Balls always a treat, up & down, very hot. Cooling off in the river-nice!
