Welch-Dickey Loop (Just Welch, almost) 4-6-08

We loaded up the mini-van on Saturday and headed up north around 6:00 pm. My 6 year old son Brody, Molly the dog and I had planned on hiking the Welch-Dickey loop on Sunday. I didn't feel like making the 3 1/2 hour drive on Sunday so I planned on using the mini-van as a tent for the evening...

I know its a work day for most, but I'm throwing this out there anyway. I'm planning on hiking this Friday Feb. 10. I'm thinking possibly Moosilauke via Glencliff; Passaconaway, Whiteface from Ferncroft; or Liberty and Flume as I need all of these peaks. It appears that the weather might...

    Great deal on Mountaineering boots

I would say they would be best for medium to wide feet. I have tried on Koflach's before, and they just seemed a bit to snug along the sides of my feet if that helps you any. Tim
