    Here in NYC it was in the 50s this morning, all the snow has melted and temperatures are now dropping. I'm thinking of heading up to the Catskills for a hike tomorrow, and just wonder what to expect. Was there much of a thaw up there? Is it likely everything is going to be glaced over...

    Little Rocky and Mombaccus

    I was on Ashokan High Point this weekend, and from where Little Rocky and Mombaccus look like great hikes. What's the best approach? I'm thinking of setting up camp on the AHP trail and bushwacking from there. Any good campsites up there? It doesn't look like there's water up there.
