WHERE DO WE STAY?

The Sportsman's Lodge and Cabins have been long-time supporters of The Cohos Trail and have agreed to let us have our annual meeting and get-together at their awesome place on Big Diamond Pond which boasts some of the largest Cusk and Lake Trout in the State.
Sportsman's is offering attendee's discounted rates for this fun event:
$35.00 per person - rooms with shared bath across the hall (All taxes included)
$45.00 per person - rooms with private baths (All taxes included)
$15.00 per campsite (Showers available inside - bring your linens & towels) (All taxes included)
Please call ahead for reservations at 603-237-5211
If you choose to tent at Coleman State Park (1 mile), you will need to make reservations in advance by calling 603-237-5382.

SATURDAY:

Guided Hike Pete Castine & Kim Robert Nilsen Time 9:00am
Notes: Bring a day pack, water, snack & bug spray! Hike from Coleman State Park to Sugar Mountain.

Spaghetti Feed Time 12:30pm

Slideshow Presentation & Meeting Speaker: Kim Robert Nilsen Time 2:00pm
Notes: Explore The Cohos Trail from Crawford Notch to the Canadian Border with Kim, the Founder of the Trail! All are invited!

BBQ Time 5:30pm

Entertainment The Folk Tree Time 7-9pm

SUNDAY: Free time - Explore the many trails around Sportsman's Lodge - Go Kayaking - Play Horseshoes - Volleyball - Go Fishing (available to rent - 12ft. aluminum boat with trolling motor, 14ft. aluminum boat with trolling motor - 2 kayaks, & 2 canoes)
*Windows To The Wild - A NH Public TV Presentation of The Cohos Trail will be playing throughout the two days on the 'Big Screen' TV.

FROM BOSTON:
Take I-93 thru Franconia Notch (Old Man in the Mountains)-Exit 35 - Route 3 North -Twin Mountain. Continue on 3 North to Colebrook Center- Take a Right onto Route 26 East - Go 7 Miles to Diamond Pond Road (On Left)- Follow for 7 miles following the signs - just past Coleman State Park.


FROM HARTFORD, CT
Take I-91N to St. Johnsbury, VT. Take 2E to Lancaster, NH. Take Route 3N to Colebrook Center, Take a Right onto Route 26 East - Go 7 Miles to Diamond Pond Road (On Left) - Follow for 7 miles following the signs - just past Coleman State Park


FROM PORTLAND, ME
Take I-95N to Exit 11 at Gray, Take Route 26W thru Grafton Notch-Errol, NH - Dixville Notch - 5 Miles past the Balsams Resort, turn right onto Diamond Pond Road, Follow for 7 miles following the signs - just past Coleman State Park
