3.19.05 Garfield

Poison ivy and I will be hiking up to Garfield on Saturday 3/19/2005. If you'd like to come along, start time will be just after 8AM at the Gale River Parking area off of Route 3.

Anybody mind if I join? The wife prefers that I not hike solo in winter and my buddy just backed out of our Saturday plans! Are you all planning on skiing in to the TH or shoeing?

It was indeed a fantastic day and a fitting end to the winter hiking season. I was glad to meet everyone, but sorry that my pace kept me from getting to know everyone more!

It was great meeting you all. This was my first outing with a VFTT group and certainly not my last.

Had a great time and could not have had a better day at the summit with the beautiful views.
