Info on Flowed lands

ANyone have info on the ski up to flowed lands via upper works??

how the trail is??

moving water??

consolidated snow??

new snow??

any info will be greatly appreceiated..

Sorry I don't have any info, but would love to hear what others have found especially from Flowed Lands L-to toward Herbert Brk and the herdpath for Marshall.

Upper Works to Flowed Land

I hiked that route in early February. It's a relatively easy hike or ski. There are 3 bridges along the way. The snow and ice are probably still OK, and you may be able to follow the good snowshoe track as it crosses the brook without using the bridges. There was a large hole in the snow next to the path (with water visible below) on one of the creeks when I hiked out. Use your own good judgement.

The herd path up Marshall is spectacular, as it follows Herbert Brook most of the way up. I'll be returning to do Marshall again later this month, or perhaps in April. I might choose to do that via Heart Lake and Avalanche Pass, though. -ALG
