Owl’s Head 8.2.23

With 46 of the 48 down, it was finally time to hit Owl’s Head and see if it deserved its reputation as a view less slog. I was pleasantly surprised. The views from Black Pond are lovely, Lincoln Brook is as nice as any mountain stream, and the views from the slide were better than I expected. It was actually a pretty hike and relatively easy for the distance save the last mile up the slide.
