Trail to 3 Ponds Shelter is in great shape, no problem with stream crossings, 3 inches of new snow, with ice underneath. Wore Micro Spikes for the whole trip.
It was windy up until the shelter, went around Donkey Cut Off, and back to car. No one had gone all the way around the loop. We had to stay up high on the woods trail as the Bog/Snow mobile trail was not frozen completely.
