Trail conditions Lincoln Woods

I may be hiking the 11.2 mile loop around the Pemi this weekend, Lincoln Woods to the bridge and return via the Service Road. Can anyone give me an update on what to expect for trail conditions and water crossings?

Wilderness Trail was snow free last weekend, crossings were high. We had to rockhop and wade through water about 8 inches deep at our crossings, which were minor crossings. The Pemi and Lincoln Brooks were high, fortunately we didn't have to cross those! We got rain here today in Massachusetts, but I am not sure if it rained up North.
