Alpine Flower Watch Week June 10-18

I see that the "AMC needs you to help document alpine flower timing across the Northeast this summer and especially during the watch week."

I don't know quite what's involved yet, but I've sent an email to the Alpine Ecologist to volunteer.

    Flower watch

    Dear Mr. Kittredge,
I wanted to thank you for your posts. A colleague of mine, Robert Kozlow D.D.S., is the cover photographer for the last two editions of the AMC New Hampshire Trailguide. He has asked me to give him reports on the flowers and I often just look for your name in the trail condition reports. Thanks, and I'll try to reciprocate.
