    Online Guidebooks -- Suggestions Please

I am creating an online guidebook for hikers and backpackers, for areas in my neck of the woods. This after I decided to forego a printed book format.

VFTT readers, please suggest any online guidebooks that I can review for ideas, what look's good, what doesn't, and so forth.

    Preferably with maps
    and no paywall
and no registration required to view

For what it's worth, I plan to offer my online guide free of charge to the hiking public.

One example that you can look at samples of for ideas:

(This one is "high end" in terms of content, editing and format. You might not want to spend enough to do something this fancy, but there are a lot of good features to check out...)
