For this shutdown to materialize, it's most likely going to be a 9-11 or greater type event. There's going to be a lot more people inconvenienced than bushwackers (aka, freighter captains in the fog) :) . You probably won't want to be bushwackin anyway....or maybe you do....like in the Yukon !! :D
