Seems to be a lot of beechnuts out this year (Or maybe I am just noticing them more) Has anyone ever actually seen a black bear up a beech tree trying to get the nuts. We saw a mother black bear and two cubs on the ski slopes at loon on Sunday around noon.

Maybe tubing on the Pemi River this weekend with the family. Has anyone seen it this week is it really low? Does it look tubeable. Thanks Chuck

I was wondering which campground (car accessible) in the White Mountains has the most trailheads at the campground. I think Dolly Copp has 2-3 from looking at the map. I don't know about all the private campgrounds etc.... I would appreciate any info. thanks Chuck
