The w/e before Labor day is the American Folk fest in Bangor. I have been three times to hike in Acadia during the day and listen to music after. Unfortunatly, I will be out of the region this year.

Catskill snow Rik, According to my co-worker who lives in Gardener, he had 6 - 8 yesterday morning.

I'm in NY's Hudson valley. My driveway had about 6" of heavy wet snow. I packed the skis in the car and hope to slip out early. How about the rest of the region? Where are you and how much did you get?

XC Skiing this weekend (I hope) I will be in Boston this weekend, and hope to go up into NH one day to ski. Can you make suggestions of a good place after this storm delivers whatever it gives us? Hopefully several inches. Keep your fingers crossed
