A trip report was posted in 'trip report' section for anyone who is interested...
Below the 'Hillary Step' where trail pops out on slab rock the trail had about 1/4-1/2 of light/loose snow, rocks were mostly bare, and streams were icy but not solid. Ice on trail, when visible, was easily avoidable and not often enough to warrant traction. The slab rock above 'the step' was bare, some snow patches in the the shady spots. Above Glen Boulder where trail heads back into the trees for a bit was lightly snow packed with bare rock still showing. Trees were rime iced. No traction needed here either. Headed down Davis Path the lower sections did have some long sections of ice in the trail where the trail had been eroded down below the landscape line. You can either hop along either side of the trail or use spikes to walk in the trail rut which was ice. It didn't last too long but spikes were used in this section for the return trip back up. Frosty and somewhat frozen ground was encountered along the way, need to hop these areas as they were still breakable with mud underneath. Isolation trail to summit was easily negotiated and again, only lightly snow packed. Little slippery on the rocks but not enough to warrant traction.
I'm sure there is a bit more snow up there now and with temps staying super low, little more ice and hopefully, more solid conditions of the existing ice layer.
:D
