Loj to trail junction mostly dry then trail becomes wet after first few hundred yards, as it starts to climb. Plenty of stable rocks and roots for secure footing at the more muddy sections. Snow starts just before waterfall and continues up to first cairn. Yak tracks got me up but I would have been happier with crampons. It was melting fast below the col as the day wore on. I would recommend crampons especially for the section after the col.
