Does anyone know the conditions on the Baldfaces currently. Considering a trip there this weekend. Thanks.

Most important thing to keep in mind is that Rte 113 is not open to through traffic. I'll let someone who knows chime in on whether that means you have to approach the trailhead from the north, or from the south.

need to come from south.. the ledges as of 8 days ago looked more rock than snow.. I'm sure you will find a mix of conditions, hit the south peak 1st in case the ledges are icy/slippery (better up than down!)

According to the WMNF Road Status page, Route 113 through Evans Notch is now OPEN.

Yep, the southern gate, at least, was open last Friday. Didn't go all the way through.
