Boot lacing techniques

Not too long ago, I found a web site that had information about how to lace hiking boots in a variety of ways to accommodate all sorts of foot issues and hiking conditions (i.e., uphill, downhill lacing). Now I can't find that web site anywhere. (I've found others, but not a really comprehensive one.) Can anyone help me?

Great tip here...

When you are doing step one of lacing the first little knot before the bunny ears part loop it through 2 times. This puts a lock down on your knot so you can easy do the bunny ears part with out having your knot loosen up before you tug it tight!
