Lonesome Lake,Fishin' Jimmy and Kinsman Ridge (to N and S) are packed highways.Kinsman ridge trail over Cannonballs was only partially broken out by a couple of hikers,but still managed to make very good time through this section.Kinsman ridge trail up Cannon is one long butt shaped trench,there are even a few butt prints.This section is quite steep requiring very deliberate foot placement.I wore snowshoes but it's borderline crampon territory.Once on the ridge the trail to the summit is packed. Hi Cannon trail down was only partially broken which was a good thing, lots of fun on the descent.
