Went up to EMS in Peterborough Saturday with some friends and was pleasantly suprised to see another round of their "back room clearance". Not a lot of great, stupendous deals, but did see a pair of lightly used Koflach Degre for $169 (size 8.5 mens).
They're also running a nice footware clearance - 30% off selected models. Got a pair of Salomon water sneakers and a pair of EMS trail runners for $28 each. Not sure how long it lasts, so you may want to call before making a special trip.
