Feb.25th went in the slide brook herdpath to Macomb slide, trail broken, climb slide in very consolidated snow. Follow track from summit of Macomb to South Dix (Carson), and broke trail to East Dix (Grace).
Our track to Grace might be a bit confusing as we tried a few different approaches but you will get there.
We than followed a broken path to the col between Pough and Hough and went down the Lillian Brook herdpath to the Dix trail and back out to Elk Lake.
Snow conditions were very supportive for snowshoeing.
