Up Ted's Trail was in great condition. A few spots of leftover ice/snow towards the top but easily bare booted around.
Cliff Trail perfect.
Down Carolyn's Trail, same report as Teds with just a few spots to take extra care stepping around.
Overall, regular boots stayed dry and not much mud. A great hike loop for early spring while the snow still covers trails up north waiting for those to melt.
