Trail conditions were great with minor mud area at the trailhead easily navigated.
Slightly buggy but no DEET required if your hands are free for the occasional swat.
Comments: I was pleasantly surprised by the continuous moderate grade up this trail with its amazing stone work--and the view was better than expected as well.
