The ascent of a slide near Greeley Pond

Last weekend my friends and I set our sights on Huntington Ravine but the weather report changed our minds. As a plan B we headed to Greeley Pond because we knew there were some unnamed slides in that area which might be fun to climb. We bush-whacked our way to a slide near the pond and did a roped ascent. This might not have been a named climb but the experience was probably one of my favorite trips of the winter. Here is a little more detail and a lot of photos:
