8-13 :D Hiked the Abol trail up and Hunt down, cold fog and the view was not good till almost 2 pm. Baxter was full but still beautiful.

nightly news On the news last night they talked of a study that was just done and it said that alot of people are drinking TO MUCH WATER while exercising. It said that many were diluting their blood with all the water and that most water should be consumed before and after but not durning...

Yes a good weekend to check the gear and maybe check out some new poles,all from the comfort of home. There is always next week and I have a weeks vacation coming at the end of this month. RELAX :)

I will be on Mooselookmeguntic Lake camping and fishing this summer and thought I might want to get some land legs and hike the trail. I understand that you can get there via water across from Haines Landing but would like to have some better directions, can anyone help? :confused: Thank you
