This afternoon, in my ongoing search for fiery fall color (I won't have to look too hard in another week,) I took a little kayak trip with my girlfriend up into the Bog Pond watershed in West Campton, NH. It's a trip I've done a few times prior and it has always been enjoyable. The red maples in the wetlands were bright, indeed. Didn't see any wild life aside from a couple ducks. Spotted a bunch of pitcher plants, some interesting flora. It's maybe 2.5 miles, out and back. Cool area, here's a satellite image. "A" is the put in, "B" is the end of the line.
