Trail Conditions: Lonesome lake trail was dry basically up to the lake. monorail on the cascade brook trail around the lake. Fishin Jimmy was mostly snow free (with just some patches) for about the first 1/3 of the way, then mostly patches of slushy snow and monorail. Kinsman ridge up to North Kinsman was slushy snow between patches of dry rock. More of the same from N to S Kinsman. Some postholing but if you could balance on what is left of the monorail you were generally ok. Overlook at North and the summit of South were dry and clear. Water crossings were no problem.
Special Equip: poles helpful. no snowshoes or traction needed.
Comments: Turned out to be a great sunny day. Nice hike and saw lots of groups out on the trails.
