just happened across this book--a mystery that takes place in the whites. it looks pretty interesting. has anybody heard of the author or read any of his other books? author note says he's "an english teacher at a boarding school in andover, nh" and "has been hiking the white mountains for more than thirty years."
is he one of you guys?
it looks like his other books take place in the mountains too.
