Found Monday July 15, 2019. At least that's what I think it is. I thought it might be some important piece of medical gear so I wrapped it up and carried it home. But a search shows it's probably just a vaping pen. My family is upset at me, says these things can explode so it's outside and I'm only going to keep it a couple of days before finding a way to dispose of it. EDIT: Not sure it can even be mailed, or whether it's worth it, but here it is.
