Midstate Trail Route 119 to Route 140 04/17/2005

Anyone interested in section hiking the Midstate? http://www.midstatetrail.org/

We're thinking of the northernmost section for Sunday. Route 119 to Redemption Rock on 140. 20-22 miles depending on the guidebook.

I certainly wish I could make it. It's a very enjoyable hike just north of Redemption Rock.

Once, when heading south from Crow Hill to Redemption Rock I counted 28 salamanders in about 1/3 of a mile. Mmm! Low carb snax...

Dugan the four-footed will most likely be sitting this one out. The latest forecast shows highs into the 70's which is getting warm for the big furry guy.
