Does anybody know if it is permissable to mail Pepper Spray from the US to Canada?? What about from Canada to the US? I am speaking of a private shipment, not from a retailer.

Is it correct to assume that Pepper Spray may not be packed in checked airline luggage?

Thanks for any help.

Pepper Spray may be placed in checked luggage but only if it is equipped with a safety mechanism to prevent accidental discharge.
