Happy with Osprey Customer Service

I want to give a shout out for excellent service from Osprey Packs and their Almighty Guarantee. I sent my Stratos 40 in for repairs including some holes worn into the bottom and one hip belt pocket zipper coming out and got it back with a new, reinforced bottom, two new side pockets, two new hip belts (the ergopull style) and all new zippers and straps. It looks brand new, except they left my patches alone so I know it is not. I only asked for a repair to the zipper and the two worn-through holes in the bottom.


Got the RA on 3/26, they got the pack on 4/3 and I received the pack on 4/17.
