Wapack Trail from Mt Watatic (MA) to Pack Monadnock
Date of Hike:11/13-11/14/10
Trail Conditions: Generally good, patches of mud and standing water in a few spots. Some ice on north facing slopes, but not on trails. Slippery on any downslope with leaves. Well marked in southern half, poor...
We're going to be in the area this weekend, hoping to get a hike in one day over the weekend, but not seeing much around there. Willing to drive an hour or so, ideal is a 3-6 hour hike. Right now, best bets look like hopping into MA to hike in one of the State parks. We have hiked Greylock...
Congrats Paradox. Laura and I tried this two days after we hiked with you on the Sugarloaf trek. We too were distracted by the AT Corridor (very clean!) and wasted enough time there to end up skipping Redington that day. Planning to hit it solo later this summer when we have time to get back...
Saturday, 6/19
Fire Wardens needs some serious trail maintenance, lots of blow downs, but passable. We parked prior to first bridge, adding .6 to our overall day. MATC had just cleared the AT to Abraham, so clear sailing from Abraham to Sugarloaf.
Special equipment: bug spray, two of us...
Wish we could, but we'll won't be able to get there until late afternoon on Friday. We'll be available through Tuesday though. (Monday/Tuesday looking good as of now)

5/23/10
Trail Conditions: Clean dry and easy on the way up using Round the Mountain (mtn bike trail) and then the Fire Road. Took Metacomet-Monadnock north-bound down the mountain. Mostly clear and really easy walking. Huge tree down by the Adirondack shelter, but easy to get around. Another...
Thanks for the replies.
Right now, I was only looking for trail names. Ideal would be info on the mountain on which the trail lies, although many trails traverse multiple peaks, or valleys ;). I can see adding in the statistics later on, but I suspect that would start treading on some toes in...
Hi folks,
I am working on a database project for grad school based on the 4000 footers in NH, and likely to expand to the New England list eventually. As I know many of us keep track of everything, does anyone have a list of every trail in New Hampshire, or at least of the trails on the 4000...
