10/17: Cabot/Bulge/Horn loop from York Pond Road. Trails are in great shape and not hard to follow. Same goes for 10/19: Osceolas from Kanc.

10/18: Hancocks via Arrow Slide. No problem finding it with the help of past VFTT reports, but PM me if you want some beta. Some of the slabs were wet, but a dry bypass was always possible. Sending some small rocks down seemed pretty inevitable--the slide still doesn't seem completely settled. Stayed right at the fork and couldn't find the flagging or faint herd path I had read about, but didn't look very hard...the bushwhack back to the trail was quick and pretty easy, though I'd certainly recommend pants.

Overall, things could get dicier in a hurry after some rain or when the water becomes ice, but although it was my first time it seemed like a better-than-usual time to do the slide.
