Cannon via Kinsman Ridge Trail

Plenty of parking at the trailhead lot. Someone had barebooted when the snow was soft, so caution needed in some places. Most of the trail was well packed. Snowshoes or microspikes both worked well. We used the shoes to have the televators. We all microspiked down for a very fast descent.
The glades are not skiable currently, so no fear of getting picked off on the many crossings. The trail takes a detour just below the view area and puts you out on the ski slope but it is only a short walk up to get back on it. Weather forecast was wrong and it was great hiking conditions. Great day out with Steve and our son.
