This past Friday I was lucky to join Damon, Jim C., and Carl C. on Howe peak for Damon's finish of the NH 200H. We approached via the Shelburne Trail, then a bushwack along the old abandoned southerly end of the Kenduskeak Trail. We hit snow at about 2000', maybe 2-3" all the way to the summit. A great finishing peak with open views in all directions, and the sun also making an appearance. At the summit Damon was also presented with his 3k patch by Jim C. A nice day for all parties.
