Trail Conditions: Trail was easy to follow, but still difficult walking due to significant powder until treeline. The major brook crossings were all fine. Snow bridges over some of the smaller tributaries were breaking down by Sunday PM. Above treeline, very icy with significant wind.

Special Equipment Required: snowshoes required, crampons for ridge, poles for ridge would be helpful, but would have been a hindrance on the way up due to high snow on either side of the trail. We used full face protection (balaclava and goggles) for the summit.

Comments: We had some crazy idea that we were going to do Mt Lincoln, but didn't get that far. Wind was knocking us off our feet. We'll try again another day.
