The Aga Khan Development Network updated yesterday: ”Attabad Payeen, Attabad Bala, Sarat and Ayeenabad were directly affected by the massive landslide in Hunza valley, which killed thirteen people and injured nine others. Six people are still reported missing."


I think the potential for disaster is great. However, it doesn't appear to be a crisis yet.
 
I think with the Haiti earthquake at the top of the headlines, this is unlikely to hit the press with much force. luckily Pakistan has the resources to deal with this sort of thing, at least more so than Haiti. I'm sure the Pakistani military is on it.
