Well packed all the way, perhaps a little less near the summits. Wore microspikes the whole hike. Bobby (my crampons) and Billy (my snowshoes) enjoyed the views without doing any work.
One good thing about this out-and-back is that you ascend Liberty twice and get the greats views again. Beautiful day. Near 32 at the top over 40 at the parking lot at the end. Bare rock starting to show down low.
