12-11-09 Zealand Road is not plowed. There is a set of tire tracks that we used to walk in. It snowed all day today. The wind was not really a factor. We wore snowshoes and broke trail all day. About 1 foot of snow at the start and about 2 feet of snow at higher elevations. Cinder had fun and the ladder ws no problem. No water crossings noted. Lot of blowdowns that we climbed over and walked around. If you are headed up there this weekend bring your snowshoes and lots of friends to help break trail.
