This was a beautiful trail however the conditions were hardly ideal.Frozen rock hard and postholed down low giving way to slightly softer surfaces with the new snow up high but still badly postholed in sections.Not too bad near the summit. Made for tough 'shoein, barebooted most of the way down to save the feet.When will the Whites get more snow than at my house?
