Special Equipment: Most people on the trail barebooted, I used Microspikes for the descent.
Trail Conditions: First 3/4 miles was bare ground, then spots of ice and snow. About 1/2 way up all snow and ice if you stay on the monorail you can stay on top but once you stray off you will sink at least to your knees. Nice views from the top, blue sky and sun all day great hike and great day.
