Date of Hike: 5-30-2010
Trail Conditions: Trails lower on the mountain were a bit damp with a few slick rocks and roots from the showers the previous evening. Bicentennial, High Meadow, Jack Frost, Mountain House (upper end) and Loop trails all in fine shape.
Special Equipment Required: Bug repellent to ward of the skeeters, black flies a non-issue.
Comments: Nice ramble up the mountain - my boots finally hit the trail for the first time in more than a year! Lovely morning to be out with the dog.
NOTE: Pine Hill Trail is CLOSED, Auto Road is CLOSED. No indication of when either would be open again.
