To access Mts Stanton and Pickering, I used a large segment of the Mt. Stanton Trail. The segment that I hiked was in excellent condition. However, since my trek involved some bushwhacking I did NOT hike the entire route of the Mt. Stanton Trail from its beginning at the trailhead on Covered Bridge Lane to the top of Mt. Pickering. My BLOG has photos + a map which shows the route I used.
