N & S Kinsman via Mt Kinsman Trail
Date of Hike:8/7/10
Trail Conditions: Just a few muddy areas along the first 2 miles of Mt Kinsman Trail. Other than that, conditions were excellent all the way to the summits.
Special Equipment Required: Just water….poles for balance.
Comments: Beautiful conditions today……temps in the high 60s to low 70s…..no humidity…..partial sun with lots of puffy white clouds.
12 cars in the lot when I got there @ 10:50AM. Saw about 30 people on the trails today….most everyone was very friendly. Quite a few gliders riding the currents above the summits. No bugs from beginning to end. Got back to the car @ 3PM. Great day.
